About Kin & Gove Therapy

Hi there! I’m Kelsey.

Therapy with me is about presence, personalized care, and purposeful change.

I am honored you found your way here.

I provide therapy services to adults and couples in Bentonville, Arkansas. My approach blends evidence-based tools with intuitive care, curiosity, and creativity. With me, you'll feel acceptance and intention. We'll definitely laugh together, too.

How I Support You

Together, we'll turn down the world's noise and tune into what feels genuinely like you. I'll support you in staying connected to what matters most while gently challenging patterns keeping you stuck.

The coping strategies you learned helped you survive hard things. Therapy gives you space to explore if those patterns still serve you and the freedom to choose new ones.

What to Expect

We'll build a practical toolkit and practice coping skills in real-time. When life gets loud again, you won't just think differently, you'll live differently.

As someone who's been on the other side of the therapy room, I understand how vulnerable reaching out feels. I don't take your courage lightly.

Your Growth

Through our work together, you can become kinder to yourself, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with a life that feels genuinely yours. Whether you are seeking individual therapy or couples counseling in Northwest Arkansas, I'm here to support you.

Ready to Start?

Come as you are. We're all humans here. Therapy with me isn't just talking, it's feeling, doing, and becoming. If you're ready for a therapist who brings depth, realness, and fresh perspective to mental health counseling in Bentonville, I can't wait to meet you.

A little more about what makes me, me.

And why this work feels sacred to me

Before becoming a therapist, I worked for 14+ years in tech and merchandising (Fortune 1, supplier world, startup life, and entrepreneurship). So if you’re juggling deadlines, burnout, or big career decisions…I’ve navigated similar waters.

Hands covered in clay work together to shape pottery on a potter's wheel, with clay dust scattered on the work surface.

Grounding for me includes nature, pottery, art, yoga, and weight training.

Put me near water and I’m happy: rivers, oceans, even a good rainy day.

I love to explore and have a few solo trips under my belt. Seeing the fall foliage in the NE and visiting Peru are on my bucket list.

You can absolutely show me that meme or video that sparked a thought. We’ll probably laugh and then get deep about it

My love for ice cream is intense. Specifically, Jeni’s Brown Butter Almond Brittle.

This work feels sacred because I know how transformational it is to have someone truly in your corner. Someone who sees your potential when you can't, validates your struggles, and walks alongside you as you rediscover who you really are.

Integration: We focus on applying what you've learned in daily life and plan for how you will utilize your skills, growth, and knowledge after completing therapy.

  • I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Gottman Method techniques, incorporating somatic awareness.

We'll discuss various options, and I'll tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs.
