High achievement doesn't have to mean high anxiety.

Tired of never feeling quite good enough? Support for people who are successful on paper but struggling behind the scenes, and couples who feel like they're drifting apart.

What if ambitious could also mean authentic?

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQS

Getting Started

  • If you're here asking this question, therapy might be exactly what you need! Many clients initially think they "should be able to handle this alone" (especially high achievers). Here's the thing: seeking support is actually a sign of strength and self-awareness.

Therapy can help if you're experiencing:

    • Chronic stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed

    • Perfectionism that's become exhausting

    • Relationship challenges or communication difficulties

    • Work burnout or career transition stress

    • Feeling disconnected from yourself or your values

    • The same patterns repeating in your life

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. Many clients are high-functioning people who want to live more intentionally and authentically.

  • Starting therapy can feel vulnerable; that's completely normal! Our first session is designed to help us get to know each other. I'll ask what brought you in, your goals, and what you're hoping to change. There's no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

I use a collaborative approach, meaning we're partners in this process. We work at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.

  • It depends on your goals and what you're working on. Some people see shifts in just a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support for deeper change.

We'll regularly check your progress using tools that track what's working. My approach includes intentional goals so therapy doesn't feel like an endless journey without direction.

  • I'm glad you're taking this step!

    You can:

    • Schedule a free 15-minute consultation call

    • Text me directly at 479-259-1109

I typically respond within 1-2 business days.

  • Nothing required - just show up as you are! If you like to prepare (hello, fellow overachievers!), you might consider:

    • What's prompting you to seek therapy right now?

    • What would make therapy feel successful to you?

     • What patterns are you curious about changing?

Don't worry about: Having the "right" words, knowing exactly what to work on, or whether your problems are "serious enough" or even “too complicated.”

Holistic, science + intuition approach: Research-backed tools delivered through embodied work that honors your mind, body, relationships, and values. I believe lasting change happens when we address the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.

  • Every journey is unique, but here's what you can generally expect:

Getting Started: I take time to understand you, explore your goals, and create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

The Heart of Our Work: We explore patterns, practice new skills, and I'll gently challenge what keeps you stuck while honoring your pace.

Integration: We focus on applying what you've learned in daily life and plan for how you'll use your skills and growth after completing therapy.

  • I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Gottman Method techniques, incorporating somatic awareness throughout.

We'll discuss various options, and I'll tailor your plan to your specific needs. The goal is finding what works best for you, not forcing you into a one-size-fits-all approach.

    • Feeling disconnected or living parallel lives

    • Difficulty communicating about important topics

    • Navigating major life transitions together

    • Wanting to deepen intimacy and connection

    • Constant conflict that feels unresolvable
