The work
Most therapy sessions spend the first minutes catching up and the last part winding back down. By the time you get to the real thing, time is up.
The Shift removes all of that.
You get uninterrupted, focused time to go all the way in, without the weekly stop-and-start that keeps you circling the same ground.
The work is evidence-based and built entirely around you.
We go below the surface story to what's actually driving it. We work with it directly rather than talking around it. And we bring it out of your head and into your body because you've already done enough thinking about this.
The goal is for you to feel the difference and not just understand it.
What to expect from your intensive
The Shift is held in a private, calm space designed to feel yours entirely.
Before we meet, we'll have a 15-minute consultation to make sure this is the right fit. If so, you'll complete a brief intake so I can prepare a session tailored to you, not a generic format.
On the day of your intensive:
You arrive. There's nothing to perform, no status update required, no image to maintain.
We start exactly where you are.
The day is structured with therapeutic blocks and intentional breaks. You are never pushed past what your nervous system can handle.
We end with integration through tools, clarity, and a clear sense of what comes next.
You won't be left alone with it.
This is the part most people don't ask about, but everyone wonders. What happens after a day like this? What if something big surfaces and then I go back to regular life?
The Shift is built with that question in mind. Every package includes a written session summary delivered after your intensive. The package will include your key insights, the core beliefs we worked with, and the specific practices most relevant for you to continue.
Your follow-up sessions are already built into the package. At two weeks, we check in on what's landed, what's still moving, and what needs tending. For full-day clients, we meet again at six weeks to consolidate the work and make sure the shift is holding.
You won't leave with homework that feels like another project. You'll leave lighter and supported as you move through what comes next.
Every Shift intensive is built around you specifically. But here's what most clients move through, a progression that takes you from the surface story to the thing underneath it, and out the other side feeling different.

About Kelsey (Why her)
Fourteen years in corporate and startup spaces (tech, retail, operations) gave me a front-row seat to what high achievement actually costs. I've seen what it looks like to perform competence while running on empty. I've done it myself.
That experience shapes how I work. I'm not going to ask you to explain the pressure of a quarterly review, the weight of being the reliable one, or what it feels like to have everything on paper and still feel like something is missing. I understand the world you're operating in.
I'm a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, perfectionism, and high-functioning burnout. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence. I work with high-achieving professionals who are ready to stop circling the same ground and actually feel different.

This isn't a wellness retreat. The therapeutic work is still the center. But the container is bigger, slower, and built for the kind of rest that most high-achievers have never actually allowed themselves.

This is therapy. The Shift is a therapeutic service, not a coaching program. That means we can go into the deeper material, core beliefs, nervous system patterns, and the roots of perfectionism, not just strategies and mindset shifts.

Yes. Many clients use intensives as a supplement to their ongoing therapy, a focused, deep dive on something specific that weekly sessions haven't been able to crack. I'm happy to coordinate with your current therapist if that feels right.

You don't have to be falling apart to benefit from The Shift. Most of the people who come to me look completely fine on the outside. The bar isn't how bad things are. It's whether you're ready to stop performing okay and start actually feeling it.

You may feel tired or emotional. The intensive is paced carefully. We never push past what your system can handle, and the follow-up support is built in specifically to help you integrate what comes up.

The Shift is designed as an in-person experience. Serving clients in Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers, Fayetteville, and the greater Northwest Arkansas area. In select cases, virtual intensives may be available. Reach out and we can talk about what makes sense for you.

Life happens. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full session fee.
