If You're in Crisis

You matter, and your safety is the priority right now.

While I'm honored to support people through life's challenges, I want to be clear that my practice is not a crisis or emergency mental health care facility. If you're experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, or if you're in immediate danger, please utilize the resources below to seek support.

If this is a life-threatening emergency:

  • Call 911

  • Go to your nearest emergency room

Support Resources:

  • Mental health crisis: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 (available 24/7)

  • Please note that this may initiate involvement from an EMS or police if imminent risk is determined.

This page provides general crisis resources and is not intended as a substitute for professional therapy. For personalized mental health care, please establish treatment with a qualified mental health care professional.
