Easy to Reach, However You Travel
Our office location offers multiple ways to get here:
Walking Distance from Walmart Corporate Campus – Just a 5-minute walk from the Walmart home office, making it convenient to fit therapy into your workday or lunch break without the commute hassle.
Direct Greenway Access – Prefer to bike or walk? Our location connects directly to the Razorback Greenway, Northwest Arkansas's beautiful 40-mile trail system. It's the perfect way to clear your head before or after your session.
Hassle-Free Parking – We know parking can be a pain in downtown areas. Not here. We have convenient parking right in front of the building, so you can pull up, walk in, and start your session without stress.
A Safe, Welcoming Space to Just Be
This office is your space – a calm, judgment-free environment where you can unwind, set goals, share what's really going on, and just be yourself without performing or pretending everything's fine.
You'll find it comfortable without being sterile, professional without feeling intimidating. It's designed to feel like a place where you can exhale and get to work on what matters.
Post-Session Reflection & Neighborhood Favorites
Everyone processes differently. Some clients grab coffee and decompress for 20 minutes, others prefer a quick Greenway walk to clear their head, and some are ready to head straight out. Having options nearby means you can do what works for you.

Walk & Talk Therapy on the Greenway
Since we're right next to the Greenway, I offer walk and talk therapy sessions for clients who find movement helps them process and think more clearly. There's something powerful about talking through challenges while moving your body and being in nature. If you're curious about this option, just mention it when we schedule.
